Our Postmaster
Mike Lloyd is our Postmaster, as of October 2018. He is located in the Post Office on Goodlette Road in Naples. His email address is [email protected]
About our mail services
Mail must be taken out of your box at least once every 10 days.
Mail left in your box for more than 10 days will be returned to the Post Office and your box will be considered vacant.
The returned mail will be held at the Post Office for 10 additional days, and then returned to sender.
Temporary Mail Holds
A temporary hold cannot exceed 30 days.
You can set up a temporary hold by using the USPS online system, or using the yellow Hold card you can pick up at the post office: place it in the outgoing mailbox by the pool, or in your own mail box.
A temporary hold of more than 30 days can be extended by the Postmaster only. Go to the Post Office on Goodlette Road and talk to the Postmaster.
Mail that is too large for your mail box or the large container areas will be left at your front door.
Missing packages:
If you receive notice that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, notify the Post Office right away.
The Post Office can trace exactly where the package was left with their "geo-position" software, which tracks the delivery person and items left at front doors.
If the package still cannot be located after geo-tracking, Mike suggests that you file a police report that will serve as proof to the sender to resend the item or issue credit for the item.
